Worst dry cleaner, customer service and they don't care. Twice I have brought dresses here to be altered for weddings I was a bridesmaid in. The first time they told me it would be ready after a week and a half I went to pick it up and it wasn't finished and had to scramble back the next day before leaving to pick it up. Thinking this was a fluke and I didn't leave enough time for it to be altered I brought another dress months later leaving nearly 3 weeks for the hem to be shortened. Not only was it not ready when i went to pick it up but they had made a giant grease stain on the front. They agreed they had cause it but had no remorse for causong the stain nor for the dress not being ready when it was supposed to. I spoke with the owner over the phone and she said she could have it ready that evening. They called I went to pick it up 5 minutes later and found they had closed and left. I will never use this place again and I will advise all of my family and friends to do the same.
Terrible results and awful customer service! This may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used them for wash and fold and dry cleaning more than once because of the convenience of location. The dry cleaning service is questionable at best and on more than one occasion they have lost numerous items and switched clothes with someone else's for wash and fold. Upon returning those items, there was no thank you, no follow up, no apology.
I spend a few thousand per year for the past 7 years on various dry cleaning and shirt laundering at this place. Several coats (at one time) were damaged there and instead of compensation, they insist it wasn't their fault. So rather than try to work something out (that was clearly their fault) with a long time valuable customer, they instead lost one and hopefully more (if my complaints reach a wider audience). Really just a terrible business. BEWARE!
