Our best and most recent experience came when my now fiancé worked with Edward and Faina to create my absolutely perfect engagement ring. It is exactly what I would have wanted. Each time that I've been in the store since my initial visit I've truly felt like family. Edward and Faina knew me by name and would continuously ask how my sister was doing (she accompanied me during my first visit to the store) or how the proposal/wedding planning was coming along. In a business where trust means a lot I think the expertise and personal touch that Diamond Dream provides are invaluable. I received an advertisement in the mail for Diamond Dream while I was on the hunt for an engagement ring for my fiancée and I decided to take a shot in the dark and check them out. I'm glad that I did because Edward and Faina do beautiful work and are so pleasant to deal with. Upon entering the store I immediately felt at ease and welcomed with open arms. Unlike other stores I had visited previously asking "How much do you want to spend?" immediatley, Edward took the time to get to know my situation and what I was look for. He made it apparent that he cared to please me by getting exactly what I wanted rather than trying to force a sale and fit a square peg in a round hole. There was no pressure to close the sale same day at all and I actually went back several additional times before making my final decision. Edward was flexible and willing to bring in samples of stones for me to check out to ensure I was fully satisfied. In the end, Edward ended up making a beautiful custom engagement ring for my wife and I could not have been happier. I went back to Edward for the wedding bands and a wedding gift for my wife and had similarly pleasant experiences every time.
