Damaged my vehicle during the wash & refused to accept any responsibility. Said my car was "not new" & was due to bodywork previously repaired (untrue). Not worth the argument. Never again. Go to Gus & Bucky's on 202 in Bedminster. Much, much better.
BEWARE! The reviews are true. Unbelievably rude, disrespectful and down right nasty! I have overlooked the poor quality of the service and the facility as the location is very convenient, but won't be back. Don't expect any level of customer service or responsiveness if you have an issue. The automatic car wash is fine for a quick run through, but does not fully clean any of my vehicles, especially the wheels. The coin-ops are in disrepair and are not very effective. Best to take a minute to wipe down your vehicle, or surface grime will remain...Not a big deal, but the extremely unprofessional owners take exception to a simple attempt to actually achieve a clean vehicle. I'll spend the extra gas and travel time to use a quality facility that cares about customer service. Seriously, the nastiest people I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't even let my wife go here alone...
Guys do a great job. I bring my car by once a week. The $35 express detailing helped me sell my prior car for a great price. Highly recommend to anyone.
I was trying to locate a car wash near work today. I read the reviews about Bernardsville Car Wash and was a little concerned, but needed a place close enough to use during lunch. My car looks good and everyone working there was very courteous. I will return.
